Ketchikan, Alaska – fun things to do

So you are going to Ketchikan, what should you do?

There are many activities you can set up in terms of hiking, kayaking, sailing, and wildlife viewing that are outside the city.

If you want to stay in the city, there are still good choices. First there is a big Totem Pole center in town that you can follow a marked path to. Also, Creek Street is cute and picturesque collection from old Ketchikan, back when brothels were a major problem for the area.

Here is a small selection of my pictures from Ketchikan. Gotta love the drink “Duck Fart”. I did not try it, what a horrible name for something that probably tastes pretty good.
