Chichen Itza’s dizzying heights (Mexico)
Chichen Itza is a Mayan city, where you used to be able to climb the temple and then be terrified to go down. There’s a reason many people are going down sideways or butt to shoes as you can see in the pics.
Pro-tip: if you get to climb a pyramid at a Mayan site, go up 10-15 steps and turn around and see what it will look like going down before going up further.

Tulum is also nearby and is beautiful and by the sea. There are many Mayan ruins in Mexico that you can visit.
