Massages and spa days in Bali are quite affordable. Based on many reviews, we decided to do the full-day package at Bali Botanica which is on the outskirts of Ubud in central Bali. This cost approximately $100 USD.

The package included a full massage, a body scrub, ayurvedic treatment, and a flower bath before lunch.

Lunch was at the nearby Bridges Bali restaurant. It was all quite good.

After lunch, we returned to the spa for a facial with foot/leg massage and a hair treatment with arm/hand massage.
Finally, they drove us home, where we bobbed in our pool and then ate dinner and went to bed.
