Tegallalang Rice Terrace in Bali

The Tegallalang (say that ten times real fast) rice terraces are near Ubud in Bali. Go early in the morning if you don’t want to melt from the heat, as well as have dozens of people in your pictures.

Pro-tip: Wear comfortable shoes that you don’t mind getting dirty. Especially if it has rained recently.

Once you go down the steps at the top, you may be walking on muddy paths down toward the rice terraces that are across the mini valley from the entrance.
