Taming damaged or severely tangled hair (with help from a tree Moroccan goats climb)
While I love to dive/snorkel/etc, I hate it when I go scuba diving or snorkeling or ride in an open-air vehicle of some sort and my hair really takes a beating and ends up with tons of knots or totally dried out (or both). I try to hold my hair in a clip or band to keep it from becoming a rat’s nest I but that doesn’t always work.
While prevention is always the best option, sometimes it just doesn’t work so I need a backup plan.
It’s funny that I was already using this top product when I went to Morocco and was invited to many “apothecaries” and ancient medicine shops to try this wonder oil derived from nuts from a local tree. That’s the tree the picture of the goats are climbing in. And it really does work (at least for me).
I’ve found it to be helpful to take argan oil conditioner with me for when that’s not enough.
This is the main one I use that seems to work quite well.
If space is at more of a premium then I take this one.
If you can put either of these in your hair for a while (under a shower cap if possible) before taking a shower I’ve found it to be really helpful in detangling and deep conditioning when my hair has had an exciting day.
